    The timeline for building a custom home can vary widely based on several factors such as:

    1. Designing the home
    2. Getting proper approvals and permits
    3. Site preparation (dirt work, foundation being poured, etc.)
    4. Length of construction phase depending on size/complexity of home
    5. Weather affecting timelines
    6. Final inspections

    This is a question we get a lot from homeowners. When you are able to customize every facet of your home, we consider that a “custom” home. When you work with us to build your custom home, we have an interior designer that will walk you through every part of your home – from flooring, countertops, roofing options, and more.
