"I can not rave enough about our experience building our home with Nate Blake. I want to share that I am a Realtor, and my husband is an accountant. Anyone in the building industry knows that an engineer is the only person more difficult to build a home for than those two professions! Nate handled us beautifully with constant communication, photos, and live chats as we were building while living in Oklahoma. My home is exactly what we wanted...exactly! As for the nitty gritty, when it came time for a final walkthrough, only a few minor things needed to be done, none of which were significant enough to halt our moving in. That is unheard of in my experience. As for the budget, Nate came in right on the money except for the items we upgraded, added, or was just out of his control due to the crazy post-COVID market. We selected to build with Nate after interviewing multiple builders. Nate was the only one we were confident could deliver an excellent home at a competitive price in an unprecedented market. A year later, my home is still perfect, and I can only find two or three insignificant things that need to be addressed under the builder's warranty. Do yourself a favor, and decide to build with Nate; you will not be disappointed in him or the subcontractors that he uses."

"My spouse and I moved to southern Utah five years ago. We needed a home that was handicap accessible and had few options in the market so we opted to build. We met with a few builders we later discovered had been dishonest with us in an attempt to secure our business.
We drove around the area looking through homes currently in the construction process. One home in particular caught our eye and we contacted the builder, Mr. Nate Blake. He agreed to meet with us and we discussed our options.
Following our initial meeting, we researched Mr. Blake and found him to come highly recommended by all those who knew him and had previous business with his company. With this information we met with him once again and chose to move forward. We wanted to build in a specific location but had been told by another builder that the lots were only available to purchase through a builder. We mentioned this to Mr. Blake and he told us this information was incorrect. He gave us the number of the land owner and we were able to purchase the lot at a discount of $7500 than that of the other builder’s quote.
We worked directly with Mr. Blake throughout the entire building process. We had chosen him for his integrity and we were not disappointed. Any questions or concerns that we had were immediately addressed. His attention to detail, especially where handicap accessibility was concerned, was impressive. He was very patient and kind, as were all those working with him.
To say that we were happy with the end result would be an understatement. We have been able to enjoy our beautiful home for the past five years. Mr. Blake has earned our trust with his integrity, kindness and attention to detail. We hope that we never have a need to build another home, but if we did, there is no other builder we would trust to do the job."
