“My spouse and I moved to southern Utah five years ago. We needed a home that was handicap accessible and had few options in the market so we opted to build. We met with a few builders we later discovered had been dishonest with us in an attempt to secure our business. We drove around the area looking through homes currently in the construction process. One home in particular caught our eye and we contacted the builder, Mr. Nate Blake. He agreed to meet with us and we discussed our options.
